摘 要:随着社会经济的迅速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,水利水电这类民生工程的作用越来越重要。纵观我国近几年水利水电工程项目的建设情况,无论是工程规模、机械化水平,还是项目管理、工艺创新等方面都有了长足的发展,取得了巨大的成就。尤其是在应对自然条件复杂、施工难度较大的工程中探索出许多卓有成效的工艺技术,积累了丰富的施工经验。土石方施工是水利水电工程最重要的施工内容之一,对工程建设质量、项目成本等均会产生直接的影响。现在多数施工单位已经认识到土石方施工的意义,正逐渐加强对于水利水电工程中土石方调配方法及施工工艺的研究,在实际的工程项目中结合具体情况,严格把控土石方工程的施工技术标准,为后续的项目建设奠定坚实的基础。With the rapid development of social economy,as well as the improvement of people's living standards,the role of livelihood projects such as water conservancy and hydropower is becoming more and more important.Throughout the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China in recent years,great achievements have been made in terms of project scale,mechanization level,project management,process innovation and so on.In particular,many effective technologies have been explored in dealing with projects with complex natural conditions and difficult construction,and the wealth of construction experience has been accumulated.Earthwork construction is one of the most important construction contents of water conservancy and hydropower projects,which will have a direct impact on project construction quality,project cost and so on.At present,most construction units have realized the significance of earthwork construction,and are gradually strengthening the research on earthwork allocation methods and construction technology in water conservancy and hydropower projects.In actual engineering projects,according to specific conditions,they strictly control the technical standards of earthwork projects,so as to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up construction.
