探讨医护一体化全程管理模式在人工肝治疗肝衰竭中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化全程管理模式对人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者临床疗效的影响.方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月绵阳市中心医院收治的350例肝衰竭行人工肝治疗患者的临床资料,以2018年1月至12月采用一般医护管理模式管理人工肝治疗肝衰竭的200例患者作为对照组;以2019年1月至10月采用医护一体化全程管理模式管理人工肝治疗肝衰竭的150例患者作为干预组.观察两组人工肝治疗的不良反应和焦虑发生率以及患者满意度.结果干预组不良反应和焦虑发生率均明显低于对照组〔不良反应发生率:6.7%(10/150)比20.0%(40/200),焦虑发生率:5.3%(8/150)比40.0%(80/200),均P<0.05〕,患者满意度较对照组明显提高〔98.7%(148/150)比80.0%(160/200),P<0.05〕.结论对人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者实施医护一体化全程管理能有效减少术后不良反应的发生,改善生活质量,提高护理质量和患者满意度.Objective To explore the c linical effect of whole process management mode of medical intcgiation on therapeutic effect of artificial liver in treatment of liver failure.Methods The clinical data of 350 patients with liver failure treated with artificial liver in Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to October 2()19 were retrospectively analyzed.The 200 liver failure patients treated with artificial liver By general medical management mode from Januaiy to December 2018 were selected as the control group:150 liver failure patients treated with artificial liver by whole process management mode of medical integration from January to October 2019 were selected as the intervention group.The incidences of adverse react io ns and anxiety of artificial liver treatment and patients'satisfaction degrees of the two groups were observed.Results The incidences of adverse reactions and anxiety in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group[incidence of adverse reactions:6.7%(10/150)vs.20.0%(40/200),incidence of anxiety:5.3%(8/150)vs.40.0%(80/200),both P<0.05],and patients'satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in control group[98.7%(148/150)vs.80.0%(160/200),P<0.05].Conclusion For the liver failure patients treater!by artificial liver,the implementation of whole process management mode of medical integration can effectively reduce the incidences of postoperative adverse reactions and anxiety,improve the patients'quality of life,and increase the quality of nursing care and patients'satisfaction degiee.
