摘　　要：目的研究分析斑秃(AA)患者药物治疗的依从性及其影响因素。方法对我科就医的120例AA患者进行依从性调查问卷,对治疗依从性及影响因素进行分析,了解依从性与性别、年龄、病程、文化程度、对疾病认知程度及担心药物不良反应等之间的相关性,采用SPSS 22.0软件对相关影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果患者治疗依从率为54.17%,不依从率为45.83%;单因素分析结果显示:年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、专业知识、AA类型、药物不良反应、接诊医生数、健康教育及用药指导与依从性有关,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,有4个变量最终进入回归方程,为影响依从性的因素。结论影响AA药物治疗依从性的因素复杂,各种主客观因素影响患者依从性,而患者担心药物不良反应及缺乏健康教育和用药指导是治疗依从性低的主要原因,应采取相应的措施改善依从性。Objective In order to understand the medication adherence and influence factor on alopecia areata(AA).Methods Totally 120 cases of AA patients were treated with adherence investigation,and its influence factors were analyzed.Understand of the relationship between the medication adherence with gender,age,cultural degree,cognition to the disease and worry about the relationship between the drug side effects,etc.Single factor and multi-factor analyses were performed on relevant influencing factors using SPSS 22.0.Results The rate of compliance was 54.17%,and the rate of non-compliance was 45.83%.Single factor analysis indicated that the rate of compliance and the factors such as age,education level,marital status,alopecia areata type,the patient's awareness of the disease,the adverse effects of drug,number of doctors attending,health education and medication guidance had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the four variables that ultimately entered the regression equation were the reasons that affect the compliance of patients.Conclusion The multiple subjective and objective factors are the reasons that affect the compliance of patients.It is the main reason to worry about the side effects of drugs,the lack of health education and medication guidance.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve compliance.
