摘　　要：渔业政策驱动下中国已经发展成为世界渔业大国,其中淡水渔业发展成绩尤为显著。围绕中国淡水渔业政策,重点剖析了其演进的历史进程,并将中国淡水渔业发展分为古代时期、初步发展期、徘徊时期、“文化大革命”时期、转变时期、快速发展时期、可持续发展时期等,分别论述了每一时期淡水渔业的政策成因及战略规划效果。最后,基于中国淡水渔业发展秉承的可持续发展理念,对中国淡水渔业未来发展的重点工作提出了政策建议。Driven by fishery policy,China has developed into a major fishery country in the world,and the development of freshwater fishery is particularly remarkable.Focusing on the research of China's freshwater fishery policy,the historical process of its evolution was analyzed,the development of China's freshwater fishery was divided into ancient period,initial development period,wandering period,Cultural Revolution period,transformation period,rapid development period and sustainable development period,and the policy causes and strategic planning effects of the freshwater fishery in each period were discussed respectively.Finally,based on the sustainable development concept of China's freshwater fishery development,some policy suggestions on the key work of China's freshwater fishery development in the future were put forward.
