摘 要:以石墨为填料、聚氨酯为基体,通过机械研磨法制备聚氨酯/石墨复合材料,研究了石墨对聚氨酯耐磨性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:加入不同含量的石墨,均可提高复合材料的热稳定性能;随着石墨含量的增加,复合材料耐磨性能先升高后降低,但均高于纯聚氨酯,当石墨质量分数为0.50%时,复合材料耐磨性能最佳。Using graphite as filler and polyurethane as matrix,Polyurethane/graphite composite was prepared by mechanical grinding method. The effects of graphite on wear resistance and thermal stability of polyurethane were studied. The results show that adding different content of graphite can improve thermal stability of the composite. With the increasing of graphite content, the wear resistance of the composite first rises and then falls, but they are all higher than those of pure polyurethane.When the graphite mass fraction is 0.50%, wear resistance of the composite is the best.
