摘 要:制备了纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO_(2))负载乙酰丙酮二氯化钯催化剂(记作负载钯催化剂),并以三五氟苯硼[B(C6F5)3]为助催化剂,通过一步原位聚合法制备了聚降冰片烯/nano-SiO_(2)(PNB/nano-SiO_(2))复合材料。通过改变聚合工艺,实现对聚合行为的调控。结果表明:当负载钯催化剂为10μmol,B(C6F5)3为0.20 mmol,聚合温度为60℃,聚合物活性为1.02×10^(6) gPNB/(molPd·h)时,PNB/nano-SiO_(2)复合材料中的SiO_(2)粒子分散良好、分布较均匀,体系相容性较好。制备的PNB/nano-SiO_(2)薄膜拉伸强度随着SiO_(2)含量增加而提高,且透明性较好。One nano silica(nano-SiO_(2))supported acetylacetone palladium dichloride catalyst was prepared, and tripentafluorophenyl boron [B(C6F5)3] was used as co-catalyst, and polynorbornene/nano-SiO_(2)(PNB/nano-SiO_(2)) composite was prepared by the one-step in-situ polymerization method. By changing the polymerization process, the polymerization behavior can be controlled. The results show that when the amount of the supported palladium catalyst is 10 μmol, and the amount of [B(C6F5)3] is 0.20 mmol, and the polymerization temperature is 60 ℃, the polymerization activity is 1.02×10^(6) gPNB/(molPd·h). The silica particles in PNB/nano-SiO2 composite are well dispersed and uniformly distributed, and the compatibility of the system is good. In addition, the PNB/nano-SiO_(2) films show excellent transparency, and their tensile strength increases with the increasing of the contents of nano-SiO_(2).
