摘  要:通过活性炭模板法制备锡酸锌阻燃剂(AC-Zn_(2)SnO_(4)),并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其表征。将其应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC),采用极限氧指数(LOI)、烟密度研究了阻燃剂对PVC阻燃性能和力学性能的影响;通过热重-红外-质谱分析(TG-MS-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了阻燃前后PVC热降解性和炭层形貌,探究其阻燃机理。结果表明:当AC-Zn_(2)SnO_(4)添加量在10质量份时,PVC的LOI为37.0%,烟密度等级为79.7%,断裂伸长率明显增加。在降解过程中释放最大强度的HCl,CO_(2)和-CH_(3)碎片所对应的时间提前,苯的释放量减少,残炭外表面形貌结构更为密实。Zinc stannate flame retardant(AC-Zn_(2)SnO_(4)) was prepared by activated carbon template method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).It was applied into polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of PVC were studied by means of limit oxygen index(LOI) and smoke density. The thermal degradation and carbon morphology of PVC before and after flame retardant were studied by TG-MS-IR and SEM, and the flame retardant mechanism was explored. The results show that when the addition of AC-Zn_(2)SnO_(4) is 10 phr, LOI of PVC samples is 37.0%,the smoke density grade is 79.7%, and the elongation at break of PVC samples significantly increases. During the degradation process, the time corresponding of maximum evolution of HCl, CO_(2), -CH_(3) fragment from PVC/AC-Zn_(2)SnO_(4) is advanced, And the release amount of benzene is reduced, and the outer surface of the carbon residue is denser.
