摘  要:采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、偏光显微镜(PLM)研究了β成核剂对无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)结晶行为及晶体结构的影响。结果表明:PPR中加入β成核剂后,PPR的晶体形态由α晶型向β晶型转变;当加入质量分数0.05%β成核剂时,β晶相对含量在60%以上,和纯PPR相比,PPR中β晶相对含量显著增加,且出现了双重熔融峰;加入β成核剂后,球晶尺寸变小,晶体形状改变;β成核剂加入量有适宜的范围,加入量过多反而降低β晶的成核能力。The crystallization behavior and crystal structure of β nucleating agent on random copolymer polypropylene(PPR) were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and polarizing microscope(PLM). The results show that the crystal form of PPR changes from α crystal to β crystal when β nucleating agent is added into PPR.The relative content of β crystal can reach more than 60% when the mass fraction of β nucleating agent is 0.05%,and compared with pure PPR, the relative content of β crystal in PPR increases significantly, and double melting peaks appear.The spherulite size becomes smaller and the crystal shape changes after β nucleating agent is added into PPR. The amount of β nucleating agent has a suitable range, and too much will reduce the nucleation ability of β crystal.
