摘  要:采用热重分析仪对聚丙烯(PP)再生料样品在不同温度下进行原位加速老化试验,计算出样品在5%失重下所需的老化时间。通过Arrhenius方程建立温度和老化时间的关系,估算再生料不同添加量时PP再生料样品的实际使用寿命。结果表明,随着再生料添加量的增大,PP再生料样品的使用时限减少。Thermogravimetric analyzer was used to perform in-situ accelerated aging experiments on recycled polypropylene(PP)samples at different temperatures. The aging time required for the sample under the weight loss of 5% was calculated. The relationship between temperature and aging time was established by Arrhenius equation, and the actual service-life of recycled PP sample with different adding amounts of recycled materials was finally estimated. The results show that the service-life of recycled PP sample decreases with the increasing of adding amounts of recycled materials.
