摘　　要：合理有效的道路交通设施规划策略与需求作为综合体上盖开发必要条件提前纳入前期规划编制中,能够有效避免设计阶段存在条件受限的隐患。以《广州市城市轨道交通第三期建设规划(2017-2023年)》中地铁12号线槎头车辆段上盖开发综合体项目研究为例,以公共交通TOD(transitoriented development)为导向,梳理交通系统优化策略。旨在做好车辆段开发项目的立体交通系统设计,由外部区域交通导入,经内外衔接匝道出入口转换后,进入到内部交通系统,梳理设计好盖上竖向交通设计,在规划设计阶段先行构建好外部、内外、内部复合的道路交通体系,预留好各类型的交通设施条件,整合优化设计各个层面的交通组织方案与系统专项功能,保障上盖综合体落地实施后实现交通运转高效便捷。交通系统优化策略已实现有效推进广州地铁集团牵头的车辆段综合体上盖开发项目前期规划阶段工作,并进一步指导下阶段的初步设计及项目施工。Reasonable and effective road traffic facilities planning strategies and requirements are included in the preliminary planning for the development of the complex structure,which can effectively avoid the hidden dangers in the design stage.Taking the development project of the upper cover of the Chatou Depot of Line 12 in Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Phase III Construction Plan(2017-2023)as an example,using TOD to sort out the optimization strategies of the traffic system.The purpose is to complete the design of the 3D transportation system of the depot project in the planning and design stage,which is imported from the external area traffic,through the connection ramp entrance,then enter the internal traffic system,sort out the design and cover the vertical traffic design.Build a comprehensive road traffic system that integrates external and internal road traffic system,integrate and optimize the design of various levels of traffic organization schemes and system special functions,and ensure that the superstructure complex is implemented to achieve efficient and convenient traffic operation.The trafific system optimization strategy has effectively promoted the preliminary planning phase of the depot complex superstructure development project led by Guangzhou Metro,and further guided the preliminary design and project construction in the next phase.
