执法行动中警务合同战术原则运用

摘　　要：警务合同执法行动是较高层次、较大范围内合成警力协同处置案件常有的组织形式。执法行动有其规律性法则,深入探讨研究警务合同执法行动的合同战术原则,有利于实现警务合同执法行动全过程中不同阶段、不同时节上的控制要求。该原则的灵活应用,能促进合同执法行动规模适宜、打击有序与效果突出,是战法应用与指挥艺术的表现,也是合同执法行动全过程控制合法合理、指挥科学有效、执法效果良好的具体表现。The police’s collaborative law-enforcement action is a usual organizational form for joint police forces to handle cases at a higher level and within a larger scope.As the law-enforcement action has its own rules of regularity,an in-depth study of the principle of collaborative tactics in a police’s collaborative law-enforcement action will help realize the control requirements for the whole process of the police’s collaborative law-enforcement action at different stages and time periods.The flexible application of this principle,which can further promote the appropriate scale,orderly combat and obvious effect of the police’s collaborative enforcement action,is the performance of the application of tactics and the exquisite art of command,as well as the concrete manifestation of legal and reasonable control of the whole process of the collaborative law-enforcement action,scientific and effective command and good effect of law-enforcement attempt.
