摘　　要：收集2019年全国20家省级肿瘤医院中医科室相关数据,制定统一的结构化电子问卷,并从建制、人力资源、临床工作开展和科研工作4个方面进行分析,以了解我国省级肿瘤医院中医科室的发展现状。调查结果显示,省级肿瘤医院中医科室整体发展现状良好,还需继续加强中医科室的建设,努力培养和引进专业人才,提高科研能力。This study analyzed the development status of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)departments in 20 provincial cancer hospitals in China in 2019,mainly on four aspects including organization,human resources,clinical work and scientific research.The investigation results showed that the overall development status of TCM departments in provincial cancer hospitals were good.In order to to improve the ability on scientific research,we should continue to strengthen the construction of TCM departments,and to strive to train and introduce professional talents.
