复方金银花分散片制备工艺优化研究

摘　　要：目的筛选复方金银花分散片的最佳制备工艺,制备复方金银花分散片。方法以片剂硬度、崩解时间和口感为指标,考察了填充剂、崩解剂、矫味剂、黏合剂种类及用量,并研究了颗粒干燥温度对复方金银花分散片的影响。结果最佳制备工艺为:将50 g复方金银花浸膏粉与32.5 g微晶纤维素混匀后,用适量95%乙醇,制软材,过30目筛网制粒,于65 ℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,整粒后加入15 g交联聚维酮、2.0 g安赛蜜和适量硬脂酸镁,混匀后压片,即得。结论所优化筛选的复方金银花分散片制备工艺简单、稳定、重复性好。Objective To optimize the best preparation technic of Fufang-Jinyinhua dispersible tablets,and to prepare the compound honeysuckle dispersible tablets Methods Taking tablet hardness,disintegration time and flavor as the indexes to investigate the effects of fillers,disintegrants,flavor correction agents,adhesive types and dosage,and to anal the influence of drying temperature on Fufang-Jinyinhua dispersible tablets and the optimum preparation parameters were optimized.Results The best preparation technic is 50 g extract powder,add 32.5 g microcrystalline cellulose,well-proportioned mixed,add appropriate amount of 95%ethanol,make soft material,pass 30 mesh to produce granulation,dry at 65℃,then add 15 g cross-linked PVP to the whole pellet.The Fufang-Jinyinhua dispersible tablets were obtained by mixing 2.0 g Ansaimi and some magnesium stearate.Conclusion The preparation technic of Fufang-Jinyinhua dispersible tablets is simple,stable and reproducive.
