摘　　要：汽车半导体是指用于车体汽车电子控制装置和车载汽车电子控制装置的半导体产品,随着未来汽车安全、互联、智能、节能的发展趋势,以及无人驾驶、ADAS、车联网(V2X)等层出不穷的新产品和新功能逐渐提升渗透率,对汽车半导体的需求将迎来快速增长。目前我国汽车半导体产业基础薄弱,缺乏产业话语权,自主率亟待提升。本文将通过分析全球汽车半导体产业发展特点、现状及基本格局、我国汽车半导体市场规模和现状,以及其存在的主要问题,提出我国汽车半导体产业发展的建议,为我国汽车半导体产业国际竞争力和国产化水平提升提供参考。Automotive semiconductors refer to semiconductor products used in car body electronic control devices and in-vehicle automotive electronic control devices.With the future development trend of automotive safety,interconnection,intelligence and energy saving,as well as unmanned driving,ADAS,and Internet of Vehicles(V2X),etc.is gradually increasing the penetration rate,the demand for automotive semiconductors will usher in rapid growth.However,automotive semiconductor industry in China has a weak foundation and lacks the right to speak in the industry.The autonomy rate of semiconductor industry also needs to be improved.This paper will analyze the development characteristics,current situation and basic structure of the global automotive semiconductor industry,the scale and current situation of China's automotive semiconductor market,and its main problems,and put forward suggestions for the development of China's automotive semiconductor industry.
