摘  要:炭疽菌属Colletotrichum真菌,可引起全球多种植物根、茎、叶、花、果实炭疽病,导致农产品的品质下降,经济损失巨大。文中从炭疽菌属真菌的物种多样性、分类鉴定、致病机制和炭疽病的主要防控措施等方面,对相应的研究成果进行综述,总结国内外研究中取得的主要成绩,第一部分内容介绍了2016—2020年国际发布的炭疽菌新种名称及14个炭疽菌复合种和各复合种中包含的种;第二部分内容介绍了不同种炭疽病菌在侵染植物前期的策略,以及不同致病过程中致病相关基因的报道;第三部分简述了炭疽病防控的一般策略和方法。本文为植物炭疽菌属真菌的分类鉴定、致病机制以及炭疽病的综合防控提供了参考依据,并对目前尚未明确的问题和今后可能的研究热点进行了探讨。Colletotrichum is one of the worlds most economically important phytopathogenic genera.Colletotrichum species cause disease symptoms generally known as anthracnose on a wide range of host plants,leading to serious economic losses through diseases of roots,stems,leaves,flowers and fruits. In this paper, we review the species diversity, pathogen classification and identification,pathogenesis mechanism,and the prevention and control measure of anthracnose.The first part reviews new species described in the last five years( 2016—2020) and provides an account of 14 species complexes in Colletotrichum and the species belong to different species complexes. The second describes the characteristics of a polyphasic approach to the study of Colletotrichum species is also introduced. And the third,post-infection strategies adopted by Colletotrichum species and an overview of recent significant studies on the pathogenicity genes involved. The variety of control methods for preventing anthracnose is also reviewed,including agricultural,chemical,and biological control. According to the current progress in research progress,potential issues remaining to be addressed and research hotspots for the future are discussed.
