摘 要:报道了采自新疆爪瓣山柑Capparis himalayensis植物上寄生的尾孢菌属真菌1新种—石河子尾孢Cercospora shiheziensis。该菌寄生于爪瓣山柑叶片,产生直径约15 mm的圆形或近圆形浅褐色病斑或相互联合形成更大的褐色坏死斑块;子实体叶两面生,子座由数个褐色细胞组成,直径30~60μm;分生孢子梗褐色,簇生,屈膝状,(24.5~) 42.5~63.5(~79.5)×(4.0~) 4.5~6.5(~7.5)μm;分生孢子无色,单生,倒棍棒状,顶部钝圆或细尖,基部近平截至倒圆锥状平截,2~8隔膜,(21.5~) 43.0~68.0(~83.5)×(3.5~) 4.5~6.5(~7.5)μm。基于ITS、tef1-α、act、cal、his、rpb2和tub共7个基因位点序列系统发育分析表明该新种属于尾孢菌属的一个明确的分支。A new species on Capparis himalayensis from Xinjiang.China,Cercospora shiheziensis sp.nov.,is described and illustrated based on morphological characters and phylogenetic analyses. It is characterized by forming pale brown necroses to 15 mm diam. or becoming confluent to form larger brown patches on the leaves;the stromata are composed of a few brown cells,30-60 μm diam.,geniculate-sinuous conidiophores aggregated into dense fascicles,pale brown,measuring( 24.5-) 42.5-63.5(-79.5) ×( 4.0-) 4.5-6.5(-7.5) μm,conidia obclavate-cylindrical,solitary,hyaline,apex obtuse to subacute,base subtruncate or obconically truncate,2-8-septate,( 21.5-)43.0-68.0(-83.5) ×( 3.5-) 4.5-6.5(-7.5) μm. Phylogenetic analyses based on the combined internal transcribed spacer( ITS),translation elongation factor 1-α( tef1-α),actin( act),calmodulin( cal),histone( his),RNA polymerase Ⅱ second largest subunit( rpb2) and β-tubulin( tub) datasets indicated that the isolates from Cap. himalayensis form a distinct lineage.
