电针联合氟比洛芬酯治疗腰麻后头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合氟比洛芬酯治疗腰麻后头痛的临床疗效。方法将87例腰麻后头痛患者随机分为对照组44例,观察组43例。对照组给予氟比洛芬酯治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合电针治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后颈动脉血流参数(血管内径、峰流速度及阻力指数)及脑血流图变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.0%)高于对照组(77.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后峰流速度高于治疗前,阻力指数低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组正常波占比(83.7%)高于对照组(61.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰麻后头痛患者给予电针联合氟比洛芬酯可有效提高临床疗效,改善脑部血流参数,提高正常波占比,改善患者头痛症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus Flurbiprofen axetil in treating headache after spinal anesthesia.Method Eighty-seven patients with headache after spinal anesthesia were randomized into a control group of 44 cases and an observation group of 43 cases.The control group was treated with Flurbiprofen axetil and the observation group was given additional EA treatment.The clinical efficacy and post-treatment changes in carotid hemodynamics parameters(vessel diameter,peak flow velocity and resistance index)and rheoencephalogram were observed in the two groups.Result The total effective rate in the observation group(93.0%)was higher than that in the control group(77.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak flow velocity increased and the resistance index declined after treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the normal wave percentage in the observation group(83.7%)was higher than that in the control group(61.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EA plus Flurbiprofen axetil can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy in treating people with headache after spinal anesthesia;it can improve cerebral blood flow parameters,increase normal wave percentage and mitigate headache symptoms.
