摘 要:以江苏省近20年育成的111份小麦品种(系)为供试材料,对其籽粒硬度Pina-D1和Pinb-D1等位变异进行KASP标记检测,研究其分布频率。结果表明:江苏省小麦软质基因组合类型Pina-D1a/Pinb-D1a占54.95%,硬质基因组合Pina-D1a/Pinb-D1b和Pina-D1b/Pinb-D1a分别占38.74%和6.31%。近20年扬州地区育成小麦品种(系)以软质类型基因组合为主,南京和镇江地区育成小麦品种(系)是软质兼顾硬质类型基因组合,随着种植区域由南向北,软质小麦基因组合类型的小麦品种(系)数量比例逐渐下降,淮阴和徐州地区育成的绝大多数小麦品种(系)属于硬质类型基因组合Pina-D1a/Pinb-D1b。Grain hardness is one of the main objectives of wheat quality breeding.To clarify the distribution of puroindoline-D1(Pin-D1)gene in wheat cultivars(lines)from Jiangsu province in recent 20years,a total of 111wheat cultivars(lines)were used to detect the Pina-D1and Pinb-D1genesusing KASP(kompetitive allele specific PCR)markers.The result indicated that Pina-D1a/Pinb-D1awas the dominant gene combination for wheat in Jiangsu province with frequency of 54.95%,and Pina-D1a/Pinb-D1b gene combination was the dominant type for hard wheat with frequency of 38.74%,and 6.31%wheat cultivars(lines)carried Pina-D1b/Pinb-D1agene combination.In recent 20years,soft gene combination mainly distributed in Yangzhou,and the soft gene combination was as many as the hard gene combination in Nanjing and Zhenjiang.The proportion of soft gene combination was gradually decreased,and most of the wheat cultivars(lines)in Huaiyin and Xuzhou carried Pina-D1a/Pinb-D1b gene combination for hard wheat.This study identified the distribution frequencies of Pin-D1gene in wheat cultivars(lines)of different areas in Jiangsu province,and provides materials and information for wheat quality breeding of this province.
