丰容环境对噪声引起的小鼠焦虑改善作用及机制研究

摘  要:将随机分组的小鼠置于噪声和丰容2种环境因素下饲养观察2个月,旷场试验和高架十字迷宫试验检测其行为学表现,ELISA法检测血清皮质酮水平差异,探讨丰容环境对噪声所引起的小鼠焦虑反应的影响。结果表明:单一环境和噪声刺激下,小鼠旷场中心活动比例降低(P<0.05),高架十字迷宫中开臂进入次数减少(P<0.01),血清皮质酮水平升高(P<0.01)。相反,噪声刺激下,丰容环境组旷场中心活动比例提高,相比单一环境组无论是中心活动距离占总体距离的比值、活动总路程还是中心时间占比均有显著提高(P<0.0001或0.05);小鼠进入开臂活动次数也有所增加(P<0.01),皮质酮水平出现降低(P<0.001)。这说明丰容环境能显著改善噪声刺激所引起的小鼠焦虑反应。The randomly divided mice were housed for two months under two kinds of conditions including noise and enriched environments.Open-field test and elevated plus-maze test were used to detect the behavioral performances of mice in different living environments.Serum corticosterone levels were detected by ELISA.These experiments were performed to investigate the effects of enriched environments on mouse anxiety induced by noise.Results showed that the activity rates in the central area of Open-field test and the numbers into open arms both decreased in standard environment(SE)group with the noise stimulation(P<0.05and P<0.01,respectively).The serum corticosterone level of SE group was increased(P<0.01).However,the enriched environments greatly increased the time and distances of mice in the central area of the open-field(P<0.0001and P<0.05,respectively),and augmented the numbers into open arms of mice(P<0.01).The serum corticosterone level was down-regulated(P<0.001).Our study indicated that enriched environments can significantly improve the anxiety response of mice caused by noise.
