摘  要:使用超声检测和着色渗透检测,确诊了目视检查中发现的泵塔区异种钢(Q235B和304L)焊接过渡区焊缝表面疑似横向缺陷的性质;通过宏观剖伤分析结合着色渗透检测,进一步验证了横向缺陷的裂纹属性和分布特征;利用PMI(材料金属成份识别-光谱分析法)数据,初步分析了裂纹出现的原因。Ultrasonic testing and color penetrant testing were used to confirm the suspected lateral defects on the weld surface of the dissimilar steel Q235B and 304L in the pump tower area found in the visual inspection.The macroscopic fracture analysis combined with the color penetrant inspection has further verified the findings.The crack attributes and distribution characteristics of the transverse defects were analyzed;the cause of the crack initiation was preliminarily analyzed using PMI(material metal composition identification-spectral analysis method)data.
