补阳还五汤对急性高血压脑出血综合功能、炎性因子及miR124、miR146a的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤对急性高血压脑出血综合功能、炎性因子及微小RNA124(miR124)、微小RNA146a(miR146a)的影响。方法将本院72例急性高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组各36例。对照组采用西医康复治疗,观察组采用西医康复治疗联合补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组综合功能评分、血清炎性因子的水平、脑脊液中miR124、miR146a的水平。结果治疗后,两组患者各个中医证候积分均降低,且观察组患者各个中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组hs-C超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平均降低;且观察组hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α和Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组脑脊液miR124、miR146a水平均降低;且观察组脑脊液miR124、miR146a水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤明显提高急性高血压脑出血的综合功能,可能与血清中炎性因子、Hcy、脑脊液中miR124、miR146a的含量下降有关。Objective To observe the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the comprehensive function,inflammatory factors,micro RNA124(mi R124)and micro RNA146 a(mi R146 a)of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 72 patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each.Control group was treated with western medical rehabilitation,and observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of control group.The comprehensive function scores,serum inflammatory factor levels,and cerebrospinal fluid levels of mi R124 and mi R146 a were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were reduced,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α,Hexachlorocyclohexane(Hcy)decreased in both groups;and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-8,TNF-α,Hcy in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of cerebrospinal fluid mi R124 and mi R146 a in both groups decreased,and the levels of cerebrospinal fluid mi R124 and mi R146 a in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction significantly improves the comprehensive function of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which might be related to the decrease of serum inflammatory factors,Hcy,and the levels of mi R124 and mi R146 a in cerebrospinal fluid.
