摘　　要：随着疫情的发展,加强对新型冠状病毒无症状感染者的管理成为我国防疫的重点之一。在此背景下,以中医药防治作为切入点,灵活应用"治未病"的思想,于疾病未发之时,抓住"正虚邪实"这一基本状态,积极应用中医药干预,预见性的培补正气,逐邪外出,防病、防变、防复。于疾病未传之时,先证用药,延缓发病进程,扭转病势,避免出现邪毒闭肺扰神、阴竭阳亡等危候。With the development of the epidemic situation,strengthening the management of asymptomatic infected patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become one of the key points of epidemic prevention in China. Under this background,by the theory of"preventive treatment of diseases",holding the basic physiological state of"healthy qi deficiency and lingering pathogen"before the occurrence of diseases is inevitable,and then active applying of TCM intervention so that it can predictively supply healthy qi,away from pathogenic factor and manage the entire pathological process of the disease. Using appropriate medication to delay the progress before the spread of the disease,so as to avoid the emergence of the further development of pathogenic factors and resulted in yin and yang exhaustion.
