芪明颗粒联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗糖尿病视网膜病变合并高血压临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪明颗粒联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)合并高血压患者临床疗效。方法将本院64例DR合并高血压患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例。对照组口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,观察组口服芪明颗粒联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,比较两组临床疗效、视力、眼部指标积分和视网膜血流动力学的变化情况。结果观察组高血压临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组DR临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视力均提高,眼部症状积分均降低,且观察组视力高于对照组,观察组眼部症状积分均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组视网膜收缩期峰值血流(PSV)、舒张末期血流速(EDV)增高,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)降低,且观察组PSV、EDV均高于对照组,观察组RI、PI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪明颗粒联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平显著地改善DR合并高血压患者血压与视网膜血流动力学,进而提高视力和缓解眼部症状。Objective To observe the effects of Qiming Granules combined with L-Amlodipine besylate on patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)and hypertension. Methods 64 patients with DR and hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods,32 cases in each group. Control group received oral administration of levoamlodipine besylate,and observation group received oral administration of Qiming Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficiency,visual acuity,eye index score and retinal hemodynamics of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treating hypertension in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of DR in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the visual acuity of both groups improved;the ocular symptom score decreased,and the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the peak systolic blood flow(PSV),end-diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV)increased,resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)of both groups decreased;the PSV and EDV of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the RI and PI of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiming Granules combined with levamlodipine besylate can significantly improve blood pressure and retinal hemodynamics in patients with DR and hypertension,thereby improving vision and alleviating ocular symptoms.
