摘  要:随着我国国民经济的发展和西部大开发的推进,一批已建或在建的高拱坝,比如小湾、溪洛渡、乌东德、白鹤滩等工程均位于我国的西部地区。相比200 m级大坝而言,300 m级特高坝抗震技术研究的时间较短,震害经验少,现行的水工建筑物抗震设计规范仅适用于200 m级以下的大坝,300 m级的特高坝尚无设计规范可循,目前这类特高坝的的建设理论和依据都是借鉴以往一般的工程经验和技术,因此在高烈度区建坝的抗震安全问题十分突出,需要加强其防震抗震工作的研究。在此背景下,收集了国内外高拱坝在发生强震时给其坝体及坝肩造成损害的实际案例。针对白鹤滩工程,采用目前国内通用的3种非线性有限元方法,分析了设计地震作用和校核地震作用下可能出现的高应力和大变形的情况;通过拱坝极限承载能力计算和拱坝动力模型试验,分析了拱坝承受超越地震的能力和可能出现的损伤及其破坏特征。研究成果可为类似工程的分析研究提供参考。With the development of China’s national economy and the grand development of the western region,a number of high arch dams such as Xiaowan,Xiluodu,Wudongde and Baihetan,have been built or are under construction in this area.Compared with 200 m-arch dams,the seismic technology research time of 300 m-super high dams is shorter and has less seismic damage experience.The current seismic design code for hydraulic structures is only applicable to dams below 200 m,not adequate for 300 m-super high dam.At present,the construction theory and basis of the super high dam are based on the previous engineering experience and technology.Therefore,the seismic safety problem of dam construction in high intensity area is very prominent,so it is necessary to strengthen the research of earthquake prevention and resistance.In this paper,some actual cases of damaged dam body and abutment caused by strong earthquake in high arch dam at home and abroad were collected.Aiming at Baihetan high arch dam,the possible high stress and large deformation under the condition of designed and checked earthquake actions were analyzed by three kinds of non-linear finite element methods currently used in China.Then,the ability of arch dam to withstand over earthquake and its possible damage and failure characteristics were analyzed by calculating of the ultimate bearing capacity and the dynamic model test of super high arch dam.The research results can provide references for the analysis and research of similar projects.
