摘 要:为解决宝钢1580PC轧机主体系统在轧制过程中的振动对板材平整度的影响问题,考虑各构件接触影响,利用Ansys有限元分析和振动系统优化设计方法对轧机整体进行动力学分析。通过统计分析提出机架是主体系统振动的最主要影响部件,引起整机系统的共振的固有频率为378.78Hz,通过系统优化设计,提出减振器的重量应为1700N,弹性杆直径为10.2cm,为现场减振器的选择,设备运行和使用的稳定性提供了理论依据。In order to solve the problem that the vibration of the theme system of Baosteel 1580 PC rolling mill affects the flatness of the plate during the rolling process,considering the contact effect of each component,the dynamic analysis of the whole rolling mill is carried out by using the ANSYS finite element analysis and the vibration system optimization design method.Through the statistical analysis,it is proposed that the frame is the most important component of the main system vibration,which causes the natural frequency of the resonance of the whole system The ratio is 378.78 hz.Through the optimization design of the system,it is proposed that the weight of the shock absorber should be 1700 n and the diameter of the elastic rod should be 10.2 cm,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the field shock absorber and the stability of the equipment operation and use.
