摘  要:为解决酸洗生产线放酸管管口硫酸泄露问题,设计并开发出一套移动式接酸装置。重点阐述酸管提升机构和杠杆铰链机构的结构特点。介绍装置的工作过程,泄露的硫酸可通过该装置溢流回到成品酸地下槽。对杠杆铰链机构进行运动可行性分析,通过计算验证该机构具有确定运动。该装置在实际工作中已经得到应用,解决了硫酸泄露问题。In order to solve leakage problem of the sulfuric acid pipe,the design of a mobile acid installation device was developed.The structural features of the acid pipe lifting mechanism and the Lever Flintlock mechanism are described in detail.The working process of the unit is introduced.The leaked sulfuric acid can be spilled back to the finished acid underground tank through the unit.The movement feasibility of the bar hinge mechanism is discussed,and the movement of the mechanism is confirmed by calculation.This device has been used in practice,and the problem of sulfuric acid leakage was solved.
