摘　　要：在薄壁零件的加工工艺方面,诸多工艺人员进行了大量的的研究和实践,但是对于弹簧型式的薄壁套的加工工艺研究就相对较少,本文就针对此类型的薄壁套加工工艺进行了探讨,提供了此种衬套的加工工装及工艺规程,并通过此方法加工的弹簧型衬套满足了图纸要求。Many technologists have done a lot of research and practice in the processing technology of thin-walled parts,but the research on the processing technology of spring type thin-walled sleeve is relatively less.This paper discusses the processing technology of this spring type thin-walled sleeve,provides the processing technology specification and tooling of this sleeve.The spring type sleeve processed by this method,and The drawing requirements have been met.
