摘　　要：本文针对5m滚切剪特点进行了介绍,并对剪切机构及运动特点进行了分析。针对某钢厂5m滚切剪偏心轴断裂事故原因进行了详细分析,初步得出可能导致事故发生的原因。对该偏心轴进行了优化,并对滚切剪使用提出建议。该经验给同类设备提供了较高参考价值,可避免同类事故的发生。In this paper,the characteristics of 5 m rolling shear are introduced,and the shear mechanism and movement characteristics are analyzed.The causes of the fracture accident of the eccentric shaft of 5 m rolling shear in a steel plant are analyzed in detail,and the possible causes of the accident are preliminarily obtained.The eccentric shaft is optimized,and suggestions on the use of rolling shear are put forward.This experience provides a high reference value for similar equipment and can avoid similar accidents.
