摘　　要：炼铁原料块矿筛在生产中,经常造成筛箱本体开裂,移位,筛网磨损快,频繁断裂等,严重影响正常生产。通过将该块矿筛改造成悬浮式筛网块矿筛,同时改变筛仓的角度,增加空气炮等措施,解决了块矿筛筛箱本体开裂、筛网磨损快、断裂、更换频繁以及筛仓堵料等问题,稳定了生产顺行。During the production of ironmaking raw material block ore screen,the main body of the screen box is often cracked,shifted,the sieve screen wears quickly and frequently breaked,etc,which seriously affects the normal production.By transforming the block ore screen into suspension sieve ore screen,at the same time,changing the Angle of the sieve bin,adding the air cannon and some other measures,the problems such as cracking of the sieve box boby,fast wear of the sieve screen,fracture,frequent replacement and blocking of the sieve bin are solved,and the production goes smoothly.
