摘  要:建设年代较早的混凝土方桩码头,常规维修加固方法很难保证其设计使用寿命。针对这一问题,基于桩基氯离子含量分布情况、桩基保护层厚度和桩基剩余使用年限的计算结果,进行了旧码头桩基耐久性评价研究。采用对旧码头平台方桩桩头局部凿除、重新浇筑,并创新性地应用安装牺牲阳极以阻止方桩钢筋继续锈蚀的技术方案,保证其满足耐久性使用要求。实践证明该方案切实可行,既避免了旧桩基全部拆除、节省了投资,又成功地将牺牲阳极技术应用于混凝土方桩防腐。It is difficult to ensure the design service life of the concrete square pile of suspended jetty constructed in the early years by conventional repair and reinforcement methods.For the problem,based on the distribution of chloride ion content in the pile,the pile concrete cover and the calculation results of the remaining service life of the pile,this paper studies the durability evaluation of the pile foundation of the old jetty.By cutting and casting of the pile head of the square pile of the old jetty,and innovative application of the installation of sacrificial anode to prevent the continuous corrosion of square pile reinforcement,the durability requirements are ensured.The construction of this project proves that this method is feasible,which not only avoids demolishing of all the old structure and cost saving,but also successfully applies the sacrificial anode technology to the anti-corrosion of concrete square piles.
