摘　　要：目的探索品管圈活动在提高行分娩镇痛的产妇整个分娩过程中全程无痛率的管理效果。方法由我院麻醉科和产科共8名医护组成一个“圈”,选取2019-12/2020-01期间我院行分娩镇痛的114名产妇作为调查研究对象,了解产妇行分娩镇痛后总体镇痛效果,选定“提高行分娩镇痛的产妇全程无痛率”为活动主题,之后进行PDCA循环,实时进行应用、检查、总结并制定标准化流程,指导我科对产妇行分娩镇痛效果质量的提升。结果与进行品管圈活动前相比,改善后行分娩镇痛的产妇全程无痛率由43.90%提高到71.82%,麻醉安全质量得到提高。结论将品管圈活动的管理模式应用于分娩镇痛质量管理,可明显提高分娩镇痛产妇的全程无痛率。Objective To explore the management effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in the improvement of the whole process painless rate of parturients receiving labor analgesia.Methods A total of 7 doctors and 1 nurse from the Department of Anesthesiology and Obstetrics in our hospital formed a“circle”.Altogether 114 parturients from December 2019 to January 2020 were included and given analgesia in our hospital to explore the total analgesic effects.We selected“Improving the parturients whole-course painless rate with labor analgesia”as a theme of the activity.After that,the PDCA cycle was carried out to apply,check,summarize and formulate standardized procedures in real time to guide our department to improve the quality of labor analgesia.Results Compared with the pre-QCC activities,the whole course painless rate of the parturients receiving labor analgesia increased from 43.90%to 71.82%,and the safety and quality of anesthesia was also improved.Conclusion The application of QCC management mode in the quality control of labor analgesia can significantly improve the total painless rate of parturients receiving labor analgesia.
