摘　　要：酰胺类局麻药作为局麻药及抗心律失常药物被广泛用于临床,近年研究发现,利多卡因静脉注射用于全身麻醉时,具有舒张气管及支气管、抗血小板聚集、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗痛觉过敏、脑保护、抑制插管及拔管时呛咳反应和心血管反应,还可以作用于胃肠道平滑肌促进其功能恢复,减少术后肠梗阻的发生等作用。因此,在各类手术中得到了研究及应用。Amide local anesthetics as a kind of local anesthetics and anti-arrhythmic drugs are widely used in clinical.In recent years,the study finds that lidocaine,being as intravenous anesthetics,used in general anesthesia,exerts positive effects on diastolic tracheal and bronchial,platelet aggregation,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-hyperalgesia,brain protection,inhibition of cough and cardiovascular responses during endotracheal intubation and extubation.Meanwhile it also can promote the functional recovery on gastrointestinal smooth muscle,reduce the incidence of postoperative ileus,and so on.Therefore,it has been studied and applied in various operations.
