摘  要:在COMSOL中建立多针-板电极模型,根据电场分布仿真结果设计一种多针-板电极,利用设计的电极完成硅橡胶材料100 h的电晕老化试验,并采用憎水性、FTIR红外光谱和SEM扫描电镜对材料特性进行评估分析。仿真结果表明:硅橡胶表面的电场分布及电场强度与针电极的数量、电极形状、针-板间隙的距离以及针-板间电压有关。老化试验结果表明:硅橡胶材料的老化程度与其表面的电场强度有一定的相关性,老化后材料的憎水性由外部向内部逐步轻微变差,表面的裂纹、孔洞和沟壑也呈现外部区域向内细微加剧的趋势,从整体看来,有效老化区域(区域1-3)老化程度趋于一致,老化程度仅有细微的差异;具有憎水性的化学键在老化后断裂程度也从外部区域向内部区域逐渐加深,但断裂程度差异较小。In this paper,a multi-needle-plate electrode model was established in COMSOL.A multineedle-plate electrode was designed based on the simulation results of electric field distribution.The corona aging test of silicone rubber material was completed by using the designed electrode,and hydrophobicity was adopted.Infrared spectroscopy and SEM scanning electron microscopy were used to evaluate the material properties.The simulation results show that the electric field distribution and electric field strength on the surface of the silicone rubber are related to the number of needle electrodes,the shape of the electrode,the distance between the needle-plate gap,and the voltage between the needle and the plate.The results of aging test show that the degree of aging of silicone rubber material has a certain correlation with the electric field strength of the surface.After aging,the water repellency of the material gradually deteriorates from the outside to the inside,and the surface cracks,holes and gullies also show the outer region inward.The trend of subtle aggravation,from the overall point of view,the aging degree of the effective aging area(Zone 1-3)tends to be consistent,and the degree of aging is only slightly different;the chemical bond with hydrophobicity also follows the degree of rupture from the external area to the inside.The area gradually deepens,but the difference in the degree of breakage is small.
