摘 要:目的:观察责任分组护理在开放式精神病区护理管理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年4月精神科收治的60例精神病患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行责任分组护理。比较两组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分和护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组焦虑忧郁、激活性、敌对性、思维障碍、缺乏活力评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑忧郁、激活性、敌对性、思维障碍、缺乏活力评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:责任分组护理应用于开放式精神病区护理管理中可降低BPRS评分,提高护理满意度。Objective: To explore Application effects of responsibility group nursing in nursing management of open psychiatric ward. Methods: The clinical data of 60 psychiatric patients admitted to the psychiatric department from April 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, each with 30 cases. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the responsibility group nursing. The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of anxiety and depression, activity, hostility, thinking disorder, and lack of activity between the two groups(P>0.05). After the nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression, activity, hostility, thinking disorder, and lack of vitality in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of responsibility group nursing in the nursing management of open psychiatric wards can reduce the BPRS score and improve the nursing satisfaction.
