摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定万氏牛黄清心丸(牛黄、朱砂、黄连等)中栀子苷、黄芩苷、表小檗碱、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、胆红素的含量。方法该药物10%氯仿⁃乙醇提取液的分析采用InertSustain C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相乙腈⁃0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210、345 nm。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率97.25%~99.69%,RSD 0.85%~1.63%。结论该方法简便灵敏,重复性好,可用于万氏牛黄清心丸的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of geniposide,baicalin,epiberberine,coptisine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride and bilirubin in WAN’s Niuhuang Qingxin Pills(Calculus Bovis,Cinnabaris,Coptidis Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 10%chloroform⁃ethanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic InertSustain C_(18) column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile⁃0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,345 nm.RESULTS Seven constiuents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 97.25%-99.69%with the RSDs of 0.85%-1.63%.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of WAN’s Niuhuang Qingxin Pills.
