摘  要:目的研究五裂茶藨子Ribes meyeri Maxim.叶中黄酮类成分。方法五裂茶藨子叶80%乙醇提取物采用大孔树脂、硅胶、DAC⁃50制备色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为小麦黄素(1)、小麦黄素⁃7⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、甲基鼠李素(4)、山柰酚(5)、槲皮素(6)、(2R,3R)⁃二氢槲皮素⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(7)、槲皮素⁃3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃半乳糖(8)、棉花素⁃3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃吡喃半乳糖苷(9)、异槲皮素(10)、槲皮素⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(11)、杨梅素⁃3′⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃木糖苷(12)、异槲皮素⁃6″⁃O⁃p⁃对羟基苯甲酸丁酯(13)、cordysinin C(14)、β⁃carboline⁃1⁃carboxylic acid(15)。结论化合物9~13为首次从茶藨属中分离得到,化合物5~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the flavonoid constituents from the leaves of Ribes meyeri Maxim.METHODS The 80%ethanol extract from the leaves of R.meyeri was isolated and purified by macroporous resin,silica,and DAC⁃50 preparative chromatography,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as tricin(1),tricin⁃7⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃rhamnopyran⁃oside(3),rhamnazin(4),kaempferol(5),quercetin(6),(2R,3R)⁃taxifolin⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃arabinopyranoside(7),quercetin⁃3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃galactopyranoside(8),gossypetin⁃3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃galacto⁃pyranoside(9),isoquercetin(10),quercetin⁃3⁃O⁃α⁃L⁃arabinopyranoside(11),myricetin⁃3′⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃xyloside(12),isoquercitrin⁃6″⁃O⁃p⁃hydroxybenzoate(13),cordysinin C(14),β⁃carboline⁃1⁃carboxylic acid(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 9-13 are isolated from genus Ribes for the first time,compounds 5-15 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
