摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定杜仲皮、叶、雄花中桃叶珊瑚苷、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、京尼平苷酸、京尼平苷、京尼平、绿原酸、槲皮素、白桦脂酸的含量。方法杜仲皮、叶、雄花甲醇提取物的分析采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈⁃0.1%甲酸;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长194 nm(桃叶珊瑚苷)、202 nm(松脂醇二葡萄糖苷)、238 nm(京尼平苷酸、京尼平苷、京尼平)、320 nm(绿原酸)、368 nm(槲皮素)、210 nm(白桦脂酸)。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率95.02%~104.33%,RSD 0.28%~1.96%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于杜仲的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of aucubin,pinoresinol diglucoside,geniposidic acid,geniposide,genipin,chlorogenic acid,quercetin,betulinic acid in the barks,leaves and male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of the barks,leaves and male flowers of E.ulmoides was performed on a 25℃thermostatic Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 194 nm for aucubin,202 nm for pinoresinol diglucoside,238 nm for geniposidic acid,geniposide and genipin,320 nm for chlorogenic acid,368 nm for quercetin,and 210 nm for betulinic acid.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 95.02%-104.33%with the RSDs of 0.28%-1.96%.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of E.ulmoides.
