摘  要:脓毒症是机体对感染反应失调导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,临床上抗感染、液体复苏等治疗效果有限,脓毒症的发病率及致死率仍然很高。白细胞介素-33(IL-33)是IL-1家族成员,通过与受体ST2-IL-1受体辅助蛋白复合物结合而作用于各种类型的细胞,IL-33及其受体ST2作为免疫调节因子在脓毒症中起着重要作用。本文通过对脓毒症的病理生理特征、IL-33及其受体ST2的生物学特性和IL-33/ST2与脓毒症的关系进行综述,以期为脓毒症的诊治提供新思路。Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by an imbalance in the response to infection.Clinically the effects of anti-infection and fluid resuscitation are limited,and the morbidity and mortality of sepsis are still high.Interleukin-33(IL-33),a member of the IL-1 family,binds to various cell types through the ST2-IL-1 receptor helper protein complex.IL-33 and its receptor ST2 play an important role as immune regulatory factors in sepsis.This article reviews the pathophysiological characteristics of sepsis,the biological characteristics of IL-33 and its receptor ST2,and the relationship between IL-33/ST2 and sepsis,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
