回授法在老年预防性肠造口护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨回授法在老年预防性造口护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年12月在我院行Dixon加末端回肠造瘘术的150例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组采用常规方法进行护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用回授法进行护理。比较两组造口周围皮肤刺激性皮炎的发生率和生活质量。结果干预后,两组造口周围皮肤刺激性皮炎的发生率均降低,且观察组造口周围皮肤刺激性皮炎的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用回授法对老年预防性肠造口进行护理,可以提高老年预防性肠造口患者的生活质量,减少肠造口周围皮肤刺激性皮炎的发生率,值得临床借鉴。Objective To discuss the application effect of feedback method in elderly preventive stoma nursing.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent Dixon plus terminal ileostomy in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional methods for nursing,and the experimental group adopted feedback method for nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence and quality of life of skin irritant dermatitis around the stoma were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of skin irritant dermatitis around the stoma of the two groups was reduced,and the incidence of skin irritant dermatitis around the stoma in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of feedback method to care for elderly preventive enterostomy can improve the quality of life of elderly preventive enterostomy patients and reduce the incidence of skin irritant dermatitis around the enterostomy,which is worthy of clinical reference.
