摘　　要：如今科技信息飞速发展,各行各业迎来了前所未有的挑战和竞争,然而无论是知识竞争还是经济竞争,终究是人才的竞争,当然,对于出版行业而言更是如此。医学科技期刊若想使自己立于不败之地,则必须强化自身的青年编辑队伍,现结合自己编辑部管理经验,对青年编辑的培养及成长模式予以探讨总结。Nowadays,along with the rapid development of the scientific and technological information,all walks of life face to the unprecedented challenge and competition,however,whether it is knowledge competition or economic competition,it is the talent competition eventually;absolutely,it is especially true for the publishing industry.If the medical science and technology periodicals would like to make themselves remain invincible,they must strengthen their own young editor team;now the training mode for young editors is discussed and summarized in this thesis through the combination with the writer’s own management experience of editorial department.
