育龄妇女孕前优生检查在出生缺陷干预工程中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的通过对育龄妇女孕前优生检查结果统计分析,旨在发现育龄女性非常规检查项目的实际情况,来了解计划怀孕的育龄妇女健康状况及主要风险因素,消除和减轻影响健康的危险因素,以降低不良妊娠结局,减少出生缺陷的发生。方法对2015~2019年参加免费孕前优生检查的10 554名女性孕前检查结果进行分析、比较。结果参检女性年龄31~40岁4364人(41.35%);甲状腺功能异常、血糖异常、乙肝异常比例位居前三;梅毒螺旋体感染27人(0.26%);巨细胞病毒感染24人(0.23%);弓形虫感染68人(0.65%);风疹IgG阳性1019(9.65%)。结论孕前优生检查作为出生缺陷干预工程的一级预防,意义重大,特别在二孩政策放开后,高龄孕产妇大幅增加,这项检查意义尤为重大。加强孕前优生检查,并积极干预治疗存在的疾病,实现优生优育的目的。Objective:To analyze the results of pre-pregnancy examination for women of childbearing age,In order to find out the actual situation of the routine examination program for women of childbearing age,To understand the health status and main risk factors of pregnant women of childbearing age,Eliminate and mitigate health risk factors,To reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,Reduce the occurrence of birth defects.Methods:10 554 women who participated in free pre-pregnancy examination in 2015-2019 were analyzed and compared.Results:4364 women aged 31-40(41.35%)were examined;Abnormal thyroid function,abnormal blood sugar,hepatitis B abnormal proportion in the top three;Treponema palladium infection in 27 people(0.26%);Cytomegalovirus infection in 24 people(0.23%);Toxoplasma infection 68 people(0.65%);rubella IgG positive 1019(9.65%).Conclusion:Pre-pregnancy eugenic examination as a first-level prevention of birth defect intervention,Of great significance,Especially after the release of the two-child policy,There has been a significant increase in the number of older pregnant women,This examination is particularly significant.Strengthen pre-pregnancy examination,And actively intervene in the treatment of existing diseases,To achieve the purpose of Birth health and Child Care.
