摘  要:目的比较精液液化时间对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响。方法精液液化时间在60min的为液化正常组,精液液化时间超过60min的为液化延迟组,对液化延迟的精液加入等量的培养液,反复吹吸至其液化。比较两组的精液参数、受精率、卵裂率、优胚率、种植率和妊娠率。结果 ICSI组液化延迟率(40.3%)高于IVF组(24.3%)(P<0.05),IVF液化延迟组的男方年龄高于液化正常组(P<0.05),IVF液化延迟组的受精率(80.7%)高于液化正常组(75.6%)(P<0.05)。结论对液化延迟的患者加入培养液吹吸能加速液化,并有好的受精结局。Objective:To study effect of different semen liquefaction time on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment.Methods:According to the liquefaction time,semen samples are divided into two groups.Normal liquefaction group with liquefaction time within 60min.Delayed liquefaction group with liquefaction time over 60min.Equal volume of culture medium is added into delayed liquefaction samples and then pipet up and down until liquefaction.Then compare the semen parameters,fertilization rate,cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate,implantation rate and pregnancy rate in two groups.Results:The proportion of delayed liquefaction in ICSI group(40.3%)is higher than IVF group(24.3%)(P<0.05).The average male age in IVF delayed liquefaction group is older than normal liquefaction group(P<0.05).The fertilization rate in delayed liquefaction group(80.7%)is higher than normal liquefaction group(75.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with delayed liquefaction,adding culture medium into semen,then pipetting up and down can accelerate liquefaction and achieve good fertilization outcome.
