摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-17(IL-17)、基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)水平及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年12月本院收治的90例ACI患者,依据治疗方式不同分成对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组应用依达拉奉,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用阿托伐他汀。观察比较两组治疗前和治疗后不同时间点的神经功能损伤量化评分(NIHSS)水平、临床疗效,以及治疗前和治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-17、MMP-8水平。结果:研究组治疗后不同时间点的NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-17、MMP-8水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合依达拉奉治疗ACI,可降低患者血清hs-CRP、IL-17、MMP-8水平,改善患者的神经功能受损程度。Objective:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with edaravone on serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-17(IL-17),matrix metalloproteinase-8(MMP-8)levels and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:90 cases of ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.Control group received edaravone,while research group received additional atorvastatin on the basis of control group.The quantitative neurological injury score(NIHSS)level,clinical efficacy,hs-CRP,IL-17,MMP-8 levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups.Results:NIHSS scores in study group were lower than those in control group at different time points after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum hs-CRP,IL-17 and MMP-8 levels in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined administration of atorvastatin and edaravone in ACI patients can reduce serum hs-CRP,IL-17 and MMP-8 levels,and improves the degree of neurological impairment in patients.
