摘　　要：Gerbich抗原是重要的红细胞血型系统抗原,抗原的系统命名是:GE,系统编号020。2019年国际输血协会(ISBT)确认该系统有11个抗原,其中高频抗原6个,低频抗原5个。Gerbich抗原的名称取自先证者格尔比奇女士的名字,她的GE抗原表型为Ge:-2,-3,4,此表型被称为Gerbich表型。GE抗原与MNS抗原都属于血型糖蛋白(GP)类抗原。MNS抗原表达在GPA、GPB和GPE上,GE抗原表达在GPC、GPD上。Gerbich antigen is a blood group glycoprotein antigen and belongs to the membrane differentiation antigen(CD)family(GPC is CD236 C,GPD is CD236 D).The gene polymorphism of Ge antigen mainly occurs in exon 2 and 3.The 11 antigens of Ge blood group system are expressed in the outer membrane of GPC and GPD glycoprotein peptide chains.Anti-Ge antibodies are mostly IgG antibodies,which are usually produced by immunity and can produce different degrees of transfusion hemolysis.Ge antigen is one of the components of erythrocyte membrane and skeleton.It participates in human immune mechanism and is an important participant in malaria infection and immunity.
