摘  要:为了维持多年生盆栽葡萄的持续生长能力和观赏性,研究了不同切根处理对苗木更新复壮的影响。结果表明:不同切根方法和切根程度组合处理对更新复壮的影响差异较大,相同切根程度下,纵切效果优于横切。不同切根处理中,纵切50%根系处理的叶面积、叶厚、叶绿素含量、新梢长、新梢粗、节间距、单粒重、穗重和可溶性固形物含量最高,分别为170.07 cm 2、3.57 mm、3.18 mg/g、83.16 cm、10.93 mm、13.45 cm、13.71 g、617.75 g和13.82%,较对照(CK)分别提高了19.75%、111.24%、67.37%、35.93%、48.91%、56.76%、45.54%、45.78%和36.43%,差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),且叶色浓绿、冬芽饱满、果色深红,建议应用此处理来更新复壮盆栽葡萄。In order to keep persistent growth capacity and appreciation of perennial potted grape,the effect of different cutting root treatment on renewal of potted grape was studied.The result showed that the effect of different cutting method and grade combination on renewal was distinct,the effect of vertical cutting was well than horizontal cutting under same grade,the leaf area,leaf thickness,chlorophyll content,shoot length,shoot thickness,node spacing,single fruit weight,spike weight and soluble solids content of vertical cutting 50%root were highest in all treatments,which were 170.07 cm 2,3.57 mm,3.18 mg/g,83.16 cm,10.93 mm,13.45 cm,13.71 g,617.75 g and 13.82%,and increased 19.75%,111.24%,67.37%,35.93%,48.91%,56.76%,45.54%,45.78%and 36.43%.Comparing to CK separately,the difference reached to extremely significant(P<0.01),and the leaf color was dark green,the winter bud was plump,the fruit color was deep red,the treatment should be used to renew potted grape.
