摘  要:涡街流量计具有仪表系数与介质无关的特性,可以使用常温水介质下的标定公式,精确测量氢/氧火箭发动机试验中的流量参数。研究了低温涡街流量计的关键技术,包括:低温压电陶瓷材料特性、低温涡街信号检测技术、低温涡街信号调理技术以及低温涡街信号的DSP技术。最后研制了低温涡街流量计样机,对样机进行了常温水介质的标定,综合精度达到0.5级。在某型号氢/氧火箭发动机试验系统上,以分节式液面计为标准,对低温涡街流量计样机进行了液氮介质的比对试验,其偏差为0.65%,精度优于涡轮流量计。The vortex flowmeter has the characteristic that the instrument coefficient is independent of the medium,so it can accurately measure the flow parameters in the hydrogen/oxygen rocket engine test by using the calibration formula in the ordinary temperature water medium.In this paper,the key technologies of cryogenic vortex flowmeter are studied,including the characteristics of cryogenic piezoelectric ceramic materials,cryogenic vortex signal detection technology,cryogenic vortex signal conditioning technology and cryogenic vortex signal DSP technology.Finally,a prototype of cryogenic vortex flowmeter is developed.The prototype has been calibrated in ordinary temperature water medium,and the comprehensive accuracy reaches 0.5 level.On a hydrogen/oxygen rocket engine test system,the liquid nitrogen medium comparison test of cryogenic vortex flowmeter prototype was carried out with segmented liquid level gauge as the standard.The deviation was 0.65%,and the accuracy was better than that of turbine flowmeter.
