摘 要:近些年,倾斜摄影在现代城市规划建设及建筑体实际三维信息可视化实现过程中均表现出良好效能,结合实景三维模型的特征探究该成果适合应用的范畴是当下研究的热点之一。本文在阐述倾斜摄影测量技术原理及用于城市规划建设的必要性的基础上,探究倾斜摄影三维模型在城市规划管理实践中的应用,较为详细地阐述倾斜摄影系统在捕获影像数据后,采用摄像专业软件制作实景三维模型的技术程序,以及取得的成果在城市规划管理中的应用方向。In recent years, tilt photography has shown good performance in the process of modern urban planning and construction and the actual 3 D information visualization of buildings. Combining with the characteristics of real 3 D model, it is one of the hot topics to explore the suitable application scope of the results. On the basis of expounding the principle of oblique photogrammetry technology and the necessity of its application in urban planning and construction, this paper explores the application of oblique photogrammetry 3 D model in urban planning management practice, and describes in detail the technical procedures of making real 3 D model by using camera professional software after capturing image data, and the application direction of the achievements achieved in urban planning management.
