摘　　要：本文论述了在义乌国际生产资料市场一期工程的规划建筑设计实践中,在深入调研和全程策划的基础上,以行业需求和提升商业价值为导向,通过展馆化布局、街MALL垂直分区、多首层等创新设计理念,对专业市场特别是生产资料行业市场的规划建筑设计提出不同常规的解决方案,取得了很好的社会效益及经济效益。This paper discusses the planning and design of the first phase project of Yiwu International market of production materials. On the basis of in-depth investigation and overall planning, guided by the industry demand and the promotion of commercial value, through innovative design concepts such as exhibition hall layout, vertical partition of street and mall, multi first floor, the paper puts forward different unconventional solutions for the planning and architectural design of professional markets, especially for the market of means of production, which have achieved good social and economic benefits.
