摘  要:基于传统药品行业生产效率与衔接能力的需求,采用超高频RFID技术,设计并实现了以该技术为核心的中药饮片智能生产管理系统,同时提出了一种针对原料至成品全过程的监管追溯方案,达到了对各个车间内部操作与车间之间物料交换的综合监管。首先,针对中药饮片的生产现有问题,采用超高频RFID技术,完成了基于C/S三层架构开发模式的软硬件设计。其次,进行软件设计,实现了多感知子系统集成和基于WPF的SQL Server数据库。最后,搭建对应的测试环境,对系统性能进行测试。结果表明,该系统可检测药品错误流通,实时准确监控药品生产流程,同时提高生产效率。Based on the demand for production efficiency and connectivity in the traditional pharmaceutical industry,UHF RFID technology is used to design and implement an intelligent production management system for Chinese medicine decoction pieces with this technology as the core.At the same time,a supervisory traceability plan for the entire process from raw materials to finished products is proposed to achieve comprehensive supervision of the internal operations of each workshop and the exchange of materials between the workshops.Firstly,in view of the existing problems in the production of Chinese herbal medicines,UHF RFID technology is used to complete the software and hardware design based on the C/S three-tier architecture development model.Then,the software is designed to realize the integration of multiaware subsystems and the SQL Server database based on WPF.Finally,a corresponding test environment is built to test the system performance.The experimental results indicate that the system can detect the wrong circulation of medicines,accurately monitor the production process of medicines in real time,and improve production efficiency.
