美国智库在军事情报工作中的角色和作用分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究美国智库在军事情报工作中的角色和作用,把握智库与情报界的互动关系,以期为中国特色新型智库建设更好地服务我国情报工作提供一定参考。[方法/过程]以对美国军事情报工作具有影响力的两类智库代表作为案例研究对象,对其基本情况、研究产品、组织活动等进行梳理和研究,分析其对军事情报工作的影响。[结果/结论]通过梳理可得,美国智库是美国军事情报工作研究的“合作者”、人才的“储备库”、社交的“新媒介”,美国智库丰富和拓展情报基础理论,探索和创新情报研究方法,辅助和支援情报工作实践,监督和控制情报合规工作,对美国军事情报工作起到重要的弥合和支撑作用。[Purpose/significance]This paper explores the roles and functions of American think tanks in military intelligence,grasps the interactive relationship between think tank and intelligence,in order to provide reference for Chinese think tanks to better serve military intelligence.[Method/process]This paper takes two types of influential think tanks in the US military intelligence as cases to sort out and study their basic information,research products and activities,and analyze their impact on the military intelligence.[Result/conclusion]The conclusion is that American think tanks are“collaborators”of military intelligence research,“reserves”of talents,and“media”for socializing.The U.S.think tanks play an important role in bridging and supporting the military intelligence by enriching and expanding basic intelligence theories,exploring and innovating intelligence research methods,assisting and supporting intelligence practices,supervising and controlling intelligence compliance.
